Erectile dysfunction is pretty common in men. Only a few of them want to talk about their inability to maintaining or getting an erection. This tends to complicate their relationships and self-esteem.

Your sexual life might be pretty dark, but dark chocolate can definitely help you out. This is rich in flavanols that help to increase blood flow and lower blood pressure. Moreover, it helps to make nitric oxide that helps with erections.
· Strong Coffee
Caffeine boosts up your mood and your love life as well. This is because it helps to increase blood flow. You don’t have to be a fan of coffee, though. You can even drink teas, energy drinks (in limitation) to increase your blood flow and avoid erectile dysfunction.

If you are worried about your erectile dysfunction problem, then talk to your doctor. Do not be embarrassed as it can be due to an underlying condition. However, there might be instances where you need medications or other treatments.
Some of the changes that you can make involve quitting smoking, exercising and losing weight. You can also consult a therapist if you have deep anxiety and stress. If, these lifestyle changes aren’t helping you then move towards drug therapy. There is a risk of side effects like back pain, headaches and more with drug therapy.
